1 cl Morand Violet Syrup

espresso
8 cl Milk
1 edible violet and/or
violet sugar
Ice cubes

Preparation



Steps

  1. 1. Prepare in a shaker

    2. Add 1 cl of Morand Violet Syrup

    3. Add milk

    4. Add ice cubes

    5. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold

     

  2. 6. Pour into a martini glass

    7. Prepare an espresso and carefully pour it onto the drink

    8. Decorate with violet sugar and/or an edible violet flower
