1. Prepare in the glass
2. Cut half a lime into quarters and place in glass
3. Add half a peeled mandarine
4. Add 3 cl Morand Mandarine Syrup
5. Crush using a pestle
6. Take 10 mint leaves and slap them between your hands

8. Add 4 cl Morand Apricot Eau-de-Vie
9. Fill with shaved ice
10. Stir with a bar spoon
11. Add more shaved ice
12. Top with soda water
13. Decorate with mint leaves and mandarine quarters
