2 cl Morand Liqueur de Williamine®
1 cl Morand Cane Sugar Syrup
5 cl pineapple juice
3 cl coconut milk
1 quarter pineapple
Shaved ice

Steps

  1. 1. Prepare in the blender

    2. Add the Morand Douce de® Williamine® and the Morand Williamine® Liqueur

    3. Sprinkle with Morand Cane Sugar Syrup

    4. Add the pineapple juice and the coconut milk

  2. 5. Fill with shaved ice

    6. Blend

    7. Blend and pour into a Highball glass

    8. Decorate with a slice of lime
