Steps

1. Prepare in the shaker
2. Add the ginger slices and 5 raspberries to the shaker
3. Sprinkle with Morand Pure Juice Raspberry Syrup
4. Crush with a pestle
5. Squeeze half a lime and add its juice
6. Add 3 cl of Morand Raspberry Eau-de-vie and 2 cl of Morand Raspberry Liqueur

7. Fill shaker with ice cubes
8. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold
9. Pour the shaker contents into a highball glass through a cocktail strainer to keep out the ice cubes
10. Top up the glass with champagne
11. Decorate with 2 raspberries and a zest of lime
