Steps

1. Prepare in a whisky glass
2. Add a sugar cube and a large orange zest
3. Add a drop of Angostura bitters, and crush with a pestle until the sugar dissolves

4. Fill the glass with ice cubes
5. Add 5 cl of Morand Hierba® du Valais and top up with soda water
6. Decorate with an orange zest
