3 cl Morand Williamine®
Tonic water
1 quarter lime
Salt

Large shot glass (4 cl)
Preparation
Steps

1. Prepare in a long shot glass (about 4 cl)
2. Place a 1/4 lime on the table
3. Add 3 cl of Morand Williamine® to the shot glass and top up with tonic water

4. Squeeze a few drops of lime onto the back of your thumb, and sprinkle them with salt
5. Bring the shot glass down on the table firmly to foam the mix, lick the salt on your hand
6. Drink in one shot
7. Bite on a piece of lime
