Steps

1. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and crush the two orange slices with a muddler, then add the blood orange syrup, lemon juice and Valais apple juice
2. Shake vigorously until your hands are cold, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice

3. Pour the sparkling water over the top
4. Decorate with a sprig of mint
