Steps

1. Put the Morand Golden eau-de-vie, calvados, Christian Drouin gin, yuzu liqueur, yuzu syrup and truffle honey in a mixing glass
2. Add the ice cubes, then mix with a bar spoon

3. Pour into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes
4. Decorate with a twist of lemon and some dried truffle honey
