Steps

1. Muddle the cucumber with the lemon juice and sugar syrup, then fill the shaker with ice cubes
2. Add the other ingredients and shake
3. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and add the bicarbonate of soda and citric acid mixture to aerate the cocktail
4. Decorate with a disc of isomalt

Isomalt instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 240°C, place the isomalt in silicone moulds and bake for 10 min
2. When the isomalt has dissolved, remove from the oven and leave to cool for 1 min
3. Garnish with the decoration of your choice
4. Leave to cool fully, then remove from the moulds
