Steps

1. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full with ice cubes (alternative at home: a large glass)
2. Pour in this order: lemon juice, ginger syrup, raspberry on fruit
3. Stir with a mixing spoon
4. Refresh your cocktail glass with ice cubes

5. Pour the mixture from the mixing glass into the cocktail glass, straining the ice cubes with a strainer
6. Add lemonade and sparkling wine
7. Stir with just a swirl of the spoon to avoid degassing the drink
