Steps

1. In a shaker, add 5 raspberries, a few mint leaves, 5 peppercorns and 20 ml of Litchi Syrup.
2. Crush all the ingredients
3. Add 100 ml of maté, previously degasified
4. Add an egg white

5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes
6. Shake
7. Pour the contents of the shaker into a Martini glass – do a double filtration
8. Garnish with 3 mint leaves and 2 peppercorns
