Steps

1. In a shaker, add 40 ml spiced fresh fig purée, 20 ml ginger syrup and 25 ml lemon juice
2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes
3. Shake
4. Pour the contents of the shaker into a Martini glass, straining through a sieve
5. Garnish with ginger mousse
