30 ml Morand Liqueur du Grand Saint Bernard Vert
330 ml Whitefrontier Pillows
20 ml honey
15 ml Veggwhite or half an egg white

Steps

1. Make this recipe in your 350 ml beer glass
2. Pour in 5 ml of honey and all of the Whitefrontier Pillows
3. Stir
4. Pour the remaining 15 ml of honey, the Morand Liqueur du Grand Saint Bernard Vert and the Veggwhite or half an egg white into a separate glass
5. Emulsify, then pour delicately into the top of the beer glass
